My Takes
I really like this book. It has some dark undertones, but it has some romantic tones and is great for readers and writers alike.
I am her mom so I can relate nicely to the female main character. I love that they talk about the new age, tarot, and palm reading. Then she is a normal person, living this incredible life but there are a lot of twists and turns in the book that keep you on the edge.
The writing is good and paced well. I have not once thought I wanted to shut it off and the different pov helps push the story further. I highly recommend the whole series.
